If you would like to submit a nomination form online through our fillable PDF format, please access the PDF, complete the nomination, save a copy to your downloads and email to audalovas@deerfield.k12.nj.us.

You may also visit our Main Office to obtain a paper copy of the nomination form or request that a nomination form be sent home with your student by sending an email to audalovas@deerfield.k12.nj.us with the subject line "GEOY".
