Preschool

Any Deerfield Township Resident who is 3 years old by October 1st is eligible to enroll in the DTS preschool program.

Parents/guardians can register their students using the online registration link found under the Families tab.  The registration process requires the following documentation:  

1. Birth certificate

2. 2 proof of residency

3. Health Insurance Form

4. Immunization record or religious or medical exemption (medical exemptions must be written by doctor)

5. Physical Form
