Welcome to My Homepage!

Many of you know me as Ms. Olivio but on July 6, 2007 I became Mrs.Scythes!  Currently, I have the wonderful opportunity to work with Mrs. Perry's students.  During this time I am an instructional aide working with small group instruction with writing, reading and math skills.  It's a great learning experience!  I also have the pleasure to work with Miss. Morris and Mrs. Gandy in second grade.  I work with the second graders developing their writing and math skills.  After school, I am co-advisor of the Deerfield Township cheerleading squad.  It is a lot of fun participating in this extra curricular activity. 

Along with being a newlywed I am busy working toward a degree in Elementary Education.  Currently I have a degree in Early Childhood Education.  With all the many new learning experiences I've gained over the past four years I am anxiously awaiting a career as an elementary educator.  I truly enjoy coming to work with your children daily.  Everyday is a new and fun learning experience!
