Fee Schedule
Child must attend a minimum of 1 day per week to participate in the program

  • Family Registration $20/yr
  • Full Session (5 days-after 4 pick-up) $50.00/wk
  • Half Session (5 days-by 4 pick-up) $40.00/wk
  • Daily Session $10.00 (by 4 pick-up) $12.00 (after 4 pick-up)
  • Early School Dismissal (When DTS closes early, we cover from dismissal until 5:00) $7.00 extra per day
  • Late pick-up (after 5:00) add $1.00 per minute

Billing Information

  • Billing will occur on a weekly basis.
  • There is a 10% discount for each additional child after the first one registered.
  • ACCOUNTS FALLING BEHIND IN PAYMENTS FOR LONGER THAN A TWO WEEK PERIOD WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICES.
  • A late fee of $20 per week will be added to your balance to cover the cost of billing.

Program Highlights

  • After school care available from 2:15-5:00 for students from Kindergarten thru Grade 5.
  • All students must be pre-registered to receive services.
  • Children participating in after-school sports will check in with the program upon dismissal from school and return to the program after practice. Parents will be billed as a regular session.
  • Children's snack must be provided by the parent.
  • Homework time is optional, parents must check on the registration form whether they wish to have it done or not. Deerfield Kids After School is not responsible for completing and checking homework.
  • Any time school is closed due to weather or an emergency situation, DEERFIELD KIDS AFTER SCHOOL will be closed.
